PLEASE read through guest house policies below before requesting a reservation.
Nightly Rental Rates: $350 / Night plus $200 cleaning fee
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made between 15-45 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of your reservation total and will be charged to your HOA billing statement, unless we can fill your reservations dates with another party.
- Cancellations made between 3-15 days prior to arrival (except Holiday reservations, see #5 below) will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your reservation total and will be charged to your HOA billing statement, unless we can fill your reservation dates with another party.
- Cancellations made < 3 days of expected arrival (except Holiday reservations, see #5 below) will be charged an amount equal to 50% of your reservation total and will be charged to your HOA billing statement, unless we can fill your reservation dates with another party.
- Cancellations made between 7-15 days prior to arrival for Holiday reservations (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your reservation total and will be charged to your HOA billing statement. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival for the above Holiday reservations will be charged at full rate to your HOA billing statement, unless we can fill your reservation dates with another party.
- No Shows will be charged the cost of the FULL RESERVATION to your HOA billing statement.
Check In & Check Out Policies
Check-In Time = 4:00 p.m.*
All guests must check in with the gate house attendant to receive temporary hang tags (if applicable) unless prior arrangements are made with the HOA Office. The door code will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
Check-Out Time = 10:00 a.m.*
Please check out on time and lock the door behind you.
